L&A 2014 Tax Letter

I have been pushing L&A to embrace the “new school” pertaining to their approach to marketing the tax practice. But every year for many years now my father, Dennis I, has sent out a direct mail letter to each of our clients at the beginning of tax season. He claims he is “superstitious” and refuses to abandon this “old school” approach. He fears the clients without e-mail addresses and lack of internet savvy may lose touch with L&A without the letter. We came to a mutual agreement to proceed with the 2014 tax letter when i discovered a way to streamline this process. The new process is more efficient and eco-friendly. Furthermore, out of the yearly tax letter process came the development of a new referral program called Inspire. Hopefully we can find a happy and healthy mix of “new school” and “old school.” For example, direct mail tax letter in combination with digital signage and video marketing.

Each of our clients should be receiving the tax letter within 2 weeks via direct mail. I will be interested in analyzing the overall effectiveness of the tax letter as it relates to keeping our clients informed and in touch with the firm. Anyway, here it is: L&A Tax Letter 2014
